Kneads Bakery started with a simple belief: that the best bread is made slowly, with good ingredients, and a whole lot of care. We opened our doors on Adams Ave to bring that philosophy to La Grande — and the community has been showing up ever since.

Every loaf we bake, every pastry we fold, and every cup we pour is done with the same attention we'd give a meal at home. No shortcuts, no preservatives, just honest baking that tastes like it should.
